Leadership

Our three principals have worked together for over 20 years. While each one brings his own unique strengths, they found that they were often calling on each other to provide additional services. So they decided to join forces in order to be able to offer more end-to-end solutions.

Jeff Craig

Key leadership areas: Strategy, Architecture, Technology Leadership. Industry expertise: Media, Financial Services, Healthcare.

Our resident technology innovator, Jeff led the architecture and team in inventing one of the earliest Video-on-Demand servers. He also has several patents to his name. CEOs have come to rely on Jeff’s expertise in Technology Innovation, Business Alignment, Business Transformation, Content Management, and Risk Mitigation. In fact, business leaders routinely hire Jeff as both a full-time and interim CTO. In the past, he has helmed technology at leading companies such as Discovery Communications, Sun National Bank and CatalystRX (now part of United Healthcare).

A self-described data-junkie, Jeff values how collecting, analyzing and presenting information can lead to better decision-making. With all the talk about big data these days, he is most enthusiastic about the future of data visualization.

A world-class yacht racer, Jeff brings the same teamwork approach to our clients that he does to his crew-mates on the ocean. When he’s not racing or working, you might find Jeff honing his music skills on various instruments or working on his next oil painting.

More recently, Hernan served as an executive level consultant in the healthcare space at ExcelleRX and CatalystRX. As for the future of technology, he’s most curious to watch development in the space of microrobotics for telemedicine.

Hailing from Cuba, Hernan is a big family man. He even has a family rock band called “The White Hot.” When he’s not rocking out, you can find Hernan coaching high school baseball.

A native Spanish speaker, Hernan also loves Latin foods. His favorite dinner? Well, that has to be enchilado de stone crab with a side of patatas ala brava, accompanied by a cold beer – preferably eaten beachside.
